1. The Scope of this Policy
Thank you for visiting the Gotpwr website (the “Site”), owned and operated by Gotpwr. (“We”, “Our”). Please read the following information carefully. It elaborates on the effective date, what information we collect from you, how we might use it, how you can review or change the personal information you provided to us, how we may change this notice, and the steps we take to ensure that your personal information is protected.
2. Agreement to Terms
All activities in which you may engage on this website are voluntary. You are not required to provide any personal information to us unless you choose to access features on this site which require such information. If you do not agree with the terms of this notice or other terms of use on this website, then you should immediately exit this website without providing us with any of your personally identifiable information and discontinue the use of the site.

The effective date is mentioned above and will remain in effect until a new notice supersedes it. We may choose to update this notice at our discretion, so you should check this page periodically as the terms may change from time to time. Types of ‘Identifying’ information we collect
The majority of this site is offered without collecting any personally identifiable information from our visitors. However, we may collect personal information about you in specific instances described below. We may collect the following personally identifiable information:

Your information is collected when you create an account on the site, place an order, voluntarily submit it to enter contests, request information, and update your account on the site. Types of ‘Non-Identifying’ information we collect

5. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To Provide Our Services. We use your information to fulfill your purchases; process, store, and deliver communications; and provide customer service and support respond to your inquiries;
- Marketing and Promotions. For marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions, or to otherwise contact you about products or information we think may interest you, including information about select third-party products and services. We will send you this information only if you have expressly opted-in to receiving emails from us. If you no longer wish to receive any emails from us, you may unsubscribe by updating your email preferences.
- Surveys and Contests. To administer surveys or contests and to provide you with relevant products or services (for example, to deliver a prize you may have won in a contest).
- Analytics. - Asset Transfers. If we become involved in a merger, acquisition or other transaction involving the sale of some or all of our assets, user information, including personal information collected from you through your use of the Site, could be included in the transferred assets. You expressly consent to such transfer. Should such an event occur, we will use reasonable means to notify you through email and/or a prominent notice on the Site.
Your Choice to Opt Out
If you no longer want to receive our emails or other announcements, you may unsubscribe by writing to us at info@goatswhey.com or following the instructions provided through the Site or the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating directly to your purchase or account.
7. How We Store and Safeguard Your Information
We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your PII) from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information on our forms, we encrypt this data using SSL or other technologies. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
By using the Site or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Site. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Site or sending an e-mail to you. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing.
Links to Third Parties
The Gotpwr may contain hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. Where this is the case, we urge you to review the equivalent data protection, privacy and cookie policies available on such websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the data protection of privacy practices of third parties in relation to such websites and your use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
8. California Residents Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) is a California law that gives California residents (“consumers”), the right to learn about and control certain aspects of how a business handles the personal information that a business collects about them. For purposes of this addendum, Gotpwr is referred to as “we” or “our”. Pursuant to the CCPA, effective January 1, 2010, consumers have certain rights, including:
- The right to know the categories of personal information we’ve collected and the categories of sources from which we got the information;
- The right to know the business purposes for sharing personal information;
- The right to know the categories of third parties with whom we’ve shared personal information;
- The right to access the specific pieces of personal information we’ve collected;
- The right to delete your information; and
- The right to opt-out of the sale of your information.
- California residents also have the right to not be discriminated against if they choose to exercise their privacy rights.

Your Rights Under the CCPA
Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Your Personal Information
Consumers have the right to request that a business that sells the consumer’s personal information, or that discloses it for a business purpose, informs the consumer of what has been collected about them and who it has been sold or disclosed to. Consumers also have the right, at any time, to direct a business that sells personal information about them not to sell their personal information.
- Gotpwr does not sell or share your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Right to Access / Data Portability
Consumers have the right to request that a business that collects personal information about them disclose the following: (1) The categories of personal information it has collected about that consumer; (2) The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; (3) The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information; (4) The categories of third parties with whom the business shares personal information; (5) The specific pieces of personal information it has collected about that consumer. The disclosure shall cover the 12-month period preceding the business’ receipt of the verifiable consumer request
- To exercise your right to access, you may submit a Verifiable Consumer Request by sending an email to info@goatswhey.com. Please include “Request for Access” in the subject line.
- If you submit your response via email, we will reach out within 10 days to confirm that we have received your request.
- We will then take steps to determine whether your request is a valid Verifiable Consumer Request. If you have an account, we may ask you to login to confirm this information. We will not ask you to create an account if you do not already have one. We will only ask for information that is reasonable in light of the nature of your request.
- When you submit a request for access:
- Within 45 days, we will provide you with a copy of the information listed in “Right to Access / Data Portability,” above, by mail or electronically. To the extent possible, this information shall be provided in a portable and usable format.
- In the event we need additional time, we will inform you within the initial 45-day period of our need for an additional 45 days (for a maximum of 90 days between request and provision of information).
- We are not required to provide personal information to a consumer more than twice in a 12-month period.
Right to Deletion
Consumers have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about them. However, there are exceptions to this rule. For example, a business does not have to delete information if it is necessary to: a) complete a transaction; b) prevent illegal activity; c) exercise free speech; d) comply with a legal obligation; e) identify or repair errors that impair functionality; or f) otherwise use a consumer’s personal information, internally, that is compatible with the context in which the consumer provided that information.
- To exercise your right to deletion, you may submit a Verifiable Consumer Request by sending an email to info@goatswhey.com. Please include “Request for Deletion” in the subject line.
- We will reach out within 10 days to confirm that we have received your request.
- We will then take steps to determine whether your request is a valid Verifiable Consumer Request. If you have an account, we may ask you to login to confirm this information. We will not ask you to create an account if you do not already have one. We will only ask for information that is reasonable in light of the nature of your request.
- When you submit a request for deletion:
- If you have an account, you can log in to request deletion.
- For consumers that do not have an account, we have created a two-step process for responding to requests for deletion. After you submit the initial request, we will ask that you separately confirm that you would like your information deleted.
- If your request does not fall within one of the exceptions to deletion listed in “Right to Deletion,” above, we will confirm deletion within 45 days. If we are not required to delete your account, we also let you know within 45 days.
Right to Non-Discrimination
A business cannot discriminate against a consumer because the consumer exercised any of the consumer’s rights listed above.
