High Protein Blueberry Muffins: A Healthy Snack You’ll Love
Ingredients
2 ½ cups oat flour
2 overripe bananas
2 large eggs
1/3 cup honey
¾ cups milk (or non-dairy milk)
2 tsp real vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop GotPwr whey protein
1 cup blueberries

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
2. In a bowl mix together oat flour, baking soda, salt, protein powder and cinnamon and set aside
3. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas, then whisk in the eggs ,honey vanilla and the milk.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, then fold in the blueberries.
5. Pour the batter into a lined muffin tin.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Transfer the baked muffins onto a wire rack to cool.
